At times writing is effortless. Other times nightmarish. But it's always therapeutic.

A Post of Scenic Photos

with 5 comments

Today I share photos taken in a few places that I have been to. Like any other photo, a thousand words may be spoken by each of these.

The photos were taken in various places, a majority in Kenya; The muddy and very cold Aberdare ranges, the killer Mt Kilimanjaro, sweet soft simple Mt Longonot, the rocky and quiet Hells Gate national park, small Fourteen Falls, tough, imposing but breathtaking Mt Kenya where we did not shower for 5 days! Well, it was a choice between discovering a perfume that no one could buy and freezing in the name of sanitation. In Mt Kenya you are reminded, if not informed, that God’s creation work is marvelous.

It’s fun to be outdoors. Especially for those whose lives turn between the work in a big town and home in a big town, the release is a craving and when it comes, invaluable. Out there you will always feel free – like shackles in the mind dropping and pores being opened in the brain and wind blowing in and cooling the system. A time to be the sparrow-carefree child everyone wants you not to be.

    • Hey Biko, there you have a new post. An insomniac one. I use a very basic digicam – 10 megpix and sometimes a phone.
